✨ Job Title: Azure Administrator (m/f/d)
📍 Location: Frankfurt Airport – On-site with 1 day remote work per week

We are hiring on behalf of our international client in the logistics sector for the role of Azure Administrator (m/f/d)based at Frankfurt Airport.

In this key position, you will manage and further develop the Azure cloud infrastructure with a strong focus on operational stability, security, and performance. You'll work in close collaboration with both regional and global teams and play a vital role in supporting the company’s digital landscape.

🖥️ Administer, monitor, and optimize the Microsoft Azure cloud environment
📡 Manage resources, subscriptions, virtual networks, backups, and security policies
🔐 Implement Identity & Access Management (IAM) aligned with best practices
🌍 Restructure Azure to support geo-location and regional data processing
💸 Monitor licensing (Azure & Microsoft 365), ensure cost-efficiency and compliance
🤖 Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Microsoft Graph API
🔄 Support the dev team with High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), and backup strategies
🛠️ Troubleshoot and tune the performance of cloud services
🤝 Collaborate with architecture and security teams to evolve the cloud strategy
📑 Document processes, changes, and best practices
🧩 Provide 2nd-level support for cloud-related issues and escalations

✅ Several years of hands-on experience in Azure administration
✅ Strong knowledge of Azure AD, networking, security, backup & recovery, and monitoring
✅ Experience with geo-redundancy, regional deployment, and data localization
✅ Proficient in license management (Azure & M365), ideally using tools like Azure Cost Management
✅ Skilled in automation with PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Microsoft Graph API
✅ Experience working with dev teams and building scalable cloud environments
✅ Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Windows is a plus
✅ Knowledge of ISO 27001 is an advantage
✅ Fluent English is required (written and spoken) – German as well good
✅ Valid driver's license and clean criminal record required
